Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 14 years of experience providing therapy to adults 18+. I am licensed in Wisconsin and Iowa, which means you would need to be located in Wisconsin or Iowa to receive care. I am trained in CBT, CPT, and DBT but I use an integrated, client-centered approach in each session. If you, or someone you love, is experiencing increased stress, anxiety, sadness or depression due to a life change/transition, difficulty finding purpose, unhealthy boundaries, difficulty communicating, or grief/loss, I am available to be a support to you.
